Artwork  

Artwork should be either sent via email or in the post. Artwork will be charged at cost and quoted for prior to order confirmation. Faxed artwork cannot be used as the quality is not good enough for reproduction. If you do not have good quality artwork to send, just enclose a letterhead or rough design and we will do the rest.

Complex images, including photographic images, will incur an additional charge. We will always inform you of any additional charges prior to production. Please note that we DO NOT charge an artwork cost for the Friends United Class Leavers Range.

Class Leavers Artwork Pack - FREE  

For all our Friends United Class & School Leavers ranges please request our Class Leavers Artwork Pack. This pack contains a step-by-step guide detailing everything you need to know & need to create your special class leaving keepsake forever.

The pack includes an order form, return envelope, checklist, Artwork Template Form & laundry pens. You have 2 choices: Option 1: Write your personal messages directly onto your t-shirts with the laundry pen we supply & we print your school logo with ‘Class of 2007’. Option 2: Write or draw your personal messages on the artwork template sheet supplied, supply us with your school logo and we print your messages on your t-shirts for you. You can write your mates names, messages or even draw pictures or self portraits! You can request this pack by completing the enquiry form, phoning or emailing us, it couldn't be simpler!

We offer FREE ARTWORK for the Friends Reunited Class Leavers Range. Our screen charges for these products & services are £25.00 per screen.

Screen Printing  

Orders less than £500 will incur a one-off £22 screen charge. Screen charges apply according to the number of colours you require. Therefore, the cost or screen origination is £22.00 for 1 colour, £44.00 for 2 colours etc. For most products, please add an additional 65p per item for each subsequent colour and/or position. Embroidery  

For orders less than £500, there is a one off cost disc charge, to set up new embroidered designs.  There are 3 possible costs depending on the size of your design. You only pay this cost on your first order. If you all ready have your design set up with us, you do not need to pay for this.
Costs as follows:
£32.00* - standard size chest or sleeve designs  
£56.00* - larger chest designs  
£84.00* - larger designs suitable for the backs of garments
Our basic embroidery charges include an embroidery of up to 5,000 stitches in up to 8 colours.

If your design exceeds 5,000 stitches there is an additional charge of 20p per 1,000 stitches per item.  We will always give you a final stitch count & quotation prior to production.

Processing Your Order  

Once we have received your order we will email you an order acknowledgement.  Then, we will generate artwork from your logo/text/design.  We will ask you to approve your artwork before we print or embroider your order. Once we have received your approval we will complete your order, deliver & invoice you.
Lead Times
Please allow 4-6 weeks for most personalised, printed or stitched products.  Some may take longer depending on demand patterns & dependent upon the school calendar, but we will advise you.

VAT Guidelines  

All prices exclude VAT and delivery.
Items such as school bags, ceramics, tea-towels and calendars will incur VAT at the current rate.  These VAT rules are set by the Government and are subject to legislation
Schools catering for children up to 14 years are exempt from VAT on school uniform.
Secondary schools will be charged VAT on garments over 32" or equivalent. .
All orders from the UK or EU countries are subject to the above VAT guidelines.
All orders originating and despatched to countries outside of the EU are not subject to VAT.

Delivery  

All consignments will be sent by carrier on a 2 day service (excluding Saturday), apart from small items that will be sent via Royal Mail. For quick delivery i.e. same or next day there will be an additional cost.  Carriage charges are calculated by weight & size of package with a small surcharge for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

How to Pay  

We will invoice you once your goods have been despatched. However, we reserve the right to ask for full or part payment before the order is despatched.

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice. You can pay by cheque, BACS, Visa, Mastercard, Switch please contact us for details.

When paying by cheque please make payable to WOODCHESTER.

Late Orders  

We reserve the right to charge a 10% surcharge on last minute orders to cover any additional costs of meeting your requirements.

Claims  

Notification of claims must be received in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. ALWAYS check the contents of your parcel before signing the delivery note, or sign UNCHECKED. We cannot accept responsibility for goods signed ‘in good condition’ if they are later found to be damaged.
